A woman gives foundation $6 million donation

WILLMAR- The Central Minnesota Community Foundation received its largest donation since it was established back in 1985. Alice Cox, who died on Dec. 29 at the age of 97, gave their affiliate Willmar Area Community Foundation her entire estate of over $6 million. Car crashes into Waite Park building

WAITE PARK- A St. Joseph man fell asleep while driving causing him to crash into the Traut Wells building in Waite Park Monday night. Timothy Cooney, 52, was not injured during the accident and did not have to go to the hospital. Waite Park Police Chief Dave Bentrud said Cooney’s truck jumped the curb and struck the building. Police arrest man after assult

ST. CLOUD- Police arrest a man after assaulting another man Friday night. They escorted Brian Edward Triepke, 43, from St. Cloud to the Stearns County Jail. Authorities state the victim was found with apparent head trauma and was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital. Tweet
