MINNEAPOLIS, Minn-A Minnesota judge issued a temporary restraining order preventing Governor Mark Dayton from holding a union vote for in-home child care providers. Judge Dale Lindman said he wasnt taking a position on whether the day care providers should be able to form a union but said the decision to hold a vote should go through the legislative process rather than be the subject of an executive order.
